Al Waheed Offers wide range of Intake & Exhaust Valves made from EN18D, EN24, EN52, EN54, EN59(214N) (Non-Magnetic/Bimetal). The valves offered are suitable for optimum performance under different conditions and for long lasting trouble free operations in Automobiles, Tractors, Marine & Stationary Engines, Earth Moving Machineries etc.

Depending on the application of the Valves, the hardness series varies from 20HRC to 50HRC according to the material used

Intake and exhaust valves used in internal combustion engine are made from different materials to operate under different conditions. Normally Alloy Steel is used for Intake Valves, as Intake Valves are not exposed to the corrosive action of the hot exhaust gases. This way, these valves are capable to serve for longer periods and give trouble free operation. For Exhaust Valves, Chromium Silicon is used so that the valves can resist corrosion generated by high temperature gases.
